Jr. Swim Program

The Jr. Swim Program is designed for youth who already have basic swimming skills and are ready for new challenges in the water. This non‑competitive program gives young swimmers the chance to train in a team‑style environment while focusing on skill development rather than competition.

Participants will work on improving stroke technique, building confidence, and developing strong swimming fundamentals that support a lifetime of safe and enjoyable aquatic activity.

The program runs for 8 weeks, with the final session featuring a mock swim meet followed by a fun awards ceremony.

Participant Requirements:

  • Must be able to swim the full length of the pool
  • Must be able to fully submerge underwater
  • Must be able to jump in, resurface independently, and tread water for at least 1 minute
  • Must be between the ages of 8- 13 years old
